Insulation
Our Insulation Services
Our Insulators will complete the following:
- Remove and dispose of old insulation.
- look over the blueprints and specifications to determine the amount and type of insulation needed.
- Measure and cut the insulation to fit into walls and around pipes.
- sub contract spray foaming if that is what homeowner requests
- Install plastic barriers to protect the insulation from moisture.
At Splattt Construction we recommend a Rock Sol or Rock Wool as it provides a better noise dampener and provides better fire resistance. mineral wool batt insulation is designed to provide enhanced fire protection in perimeter fire containment systems, floor and wall through penetrations, construction joints, and other fire stopping applications.

Our Drywall Services
Our drywall installation services include the following:

Everyone has a Unique process with drywalling, Our process starts from the beginning in making sure the board is cut and screwed in a way that provides the least possibility in cracking, This includes making sure that the temperatures within the home being drywalled are kept at the proper temperature of 24 degrees and the humidity is within its respected range so it drys properly in a timely fashion. Our finishing process includes a combination of hand and machine taping as both have there respected place. If your looking for something fancy and custom in the drywall department we have you covered.

Our Painting Services
Our primary responsibility is to paint the interior and exterior surfaces of residential buildings using paint, varnishes, lacquers, sealers, or stains. Their job description entails executing several pre-painting tasks, including utilizing sandpaper/scraping to strip old paint, performing preparation work for the surfaces, and applying filler to cracks and holes using material such as plaster to prepare walls and characters before the actual painting tasks are executed.

Here are some duties our tilers may perform:

Tiling is its own art form it requires patiences and attention to detail. If the tile isn't installed with the proper measures it is bound to crack over time that is why we make sure every surface is flat that the tile is installed on. This is important For the reason if under the tile there is air flow or gaps it will crack and pop the tiles or grout.
